What is Aden's America?
A newsletter about current events, public policy, and politics.
Are you tired of the partisanship and tribalism that has made its way from national politics into nearly every aspect of our lives? Do you feel as though your voice is going unheard or unrepresented in media or government? Are you concerned for the future of the United States and our world—and want to do something about it?
In this digital age, the volume of content competing for our attention on a daily basis makes it difficult to stay up-to-date on current events. And who wants to watch the news when it only makes you feel discouraged, hopeless, and fearful for the future.
Aden’s America is meant to serve as the medium by which I can share the path to progress, from my perspective. My objective is: establish a set of facts which includes data, outline proposed solutions, and elucidate the best path to progress as I see it.
My interests and areas of study include, but are not limited to: diplomacy and defense; criminal justice and policing; healthcare; social media; taxes and fiscal policy; social security and other welfare programs; housing and homelessness; human rights; counterterrorism; energy independence; environmental protections and responsible harvesting; agriculture; student loans and public education funding.
Studying at Arizona State University drastically expanded my understanding of how and why our democratic republic works the way it does; and I learned how to analyze, develop, and evaluate public policy. This newsletter will allow me to share my knowledge and contribute to the public discourse at a more in-depth level, with other patriotic Americans that care more about the issues than partisanship.
Thank you for coming on this journey with me.

“In this age, in this country, public sentiment is everything. With it, nothing can fail; against it, nothing can succeed. Whoever molds public sentiment goes deeper than he who enacts statutes, or pronounces judicial decisions.” -Abraham Lincoln
